Refund Policy
At Modish Media Co., we strive to provide the highest quality marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where our services do not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our services.

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the service delivery date and must be submitted in writing via email to sydney@modishmediamarketing.com with detailed reasons for the refund request. Certain services are non-refundable, including customized service plans that have been fully delivered and accepted, subscription-based services after the first 14 days of access, and digital products such as templates once downloaded.

Refunds will be considered if the service was not provided as agreed upon in the contract, if the delivered service does not meet the quality standards specified in the service agreement, or if technical errors on our part hindered the delivery of the service. Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review the claim and may request additional information or clarification. You will be notified of the decision within 10 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if a portion of the service was satisfactorily delivered. The amount will be calculated based on the scope of work completed.

Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-compliance by the client that affect the delivery of the service, simply changing your mind about the service after it has been delivered, or factors beyond our control such as changes in algorithms or market conditions.
